David / Photographer / Richmond + Chester

The frame is planned.
The moment is not.

I make portraits, headshots, and event photographs for people who want to look present—not performed.

Why Ardani

A new name. The same eye for what is real.

Ardani Photography is the next chapter of David Paul Media. The new name gives the work a clearer home: human photographs with an organic feel, made across Richmond, Chester, and Chesterfield.

My favorite frame is often the one just after the expected frame. A breath releases. A real laugh appears. Someone turns toward the person they trust. I plan carefully so I can notice those seconds when they arrive.

You will never be left wondering what to do. I give enough direction to make the camera feel manageable, without polishing the life out of the image.

What stays true

Three promises behind the work.

01

Direction without theater

Clear prompts, practical adjustments, and no demand that you become someone else for the camera.

02

Attention beyond the pose

The planned frame matters. So do the reactions, gestures, and connections happening around it.

03

A result with a purpose

We decide what the images need to do before the session, then build the scope around that job.

Have a person, room, or story in mind?

Let the moment happen. I’ll be ready for it.
