Bands

Images that feel like the band sounds—alive, specific, and impossible to fake.

Band photography in Richmond, Virginia and beyond, shaped around real chemistry, movement, live energy, and the character of the sound.

How I work

Direction when it helps. Space when it matters.

I photograph the chemistry between people, whether that happens onstage, backstage, in rehearsal, or on location. Direction is simple and built around movement.

The goal is not to line everyone up and make them behave. It is to create the right conditions, then capture the energy that already exists.

What I watch for

  1. 01Chemistry between members
  2. 02Movement with purpose
  3. 03Details that define the sound

Built from real moments

The strongest galleries mix the obvious photograph with the frame that could only happen once. Both belong in the story.
